From the client
Having lost my beloved lad x rotty dog Rose very suddenly at the age of ten, and saying I wasn’t going to look for another one…. but if one found me, then I would consider it.
Bonnie found us.
Del is the wife of my farrier Bob. Bonnie was sent to Del for training as she was being rather defiant and not responding to her elderly owners.
Del had her for nearly three weeks and during that time her owners decided to part ways with her as they couldn’t cope with her energy and strength.
Del worked her magic and Bonnie is a reformed character and so well behaved.
I take her running with me 2 or 3 times a week and she’s just by my side, no running off or chasing pheasants any more.
No pulling on the lead, and she’ll sit and stay where I tell her when I’m moving the horses.
In fact, because she is so good I’m thinking of doing some research regarding her becoming a hospital support dog.
